SoHalo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. SoHalo provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of the personal and non-personal information we collect and how it is used.

How We Use Information

Personal Data is used to guide further enhancements to SoHalo‚Äôs products and services and to respond to individual requests sent via the “Contact Us” form available on the Site.

Non Personal Data is used to evaluate visitors’ use of the website and to compile statistical reports on the activity on the SoHalo Site and Blog.

How We Share Information

The Non Personal Data generated by Google Analytics about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google.

SoHalo does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from SoHalo’s. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the SoHalo Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy or any company before submitting your personal information. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with SoHalo; that sharing is governed by that third-party company’s privacy policy.

However, we cannot ensure or warrant against all risks with regards to the security of that information, so information you choose to transmit to SoHalo and which we store is provided to us at your own risk and SoHalo does not guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards. In addition other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through SoHalo have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the changes on the Site and update the last updated date of this Privacy Policy.
